- Composition and design of Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings fully personalised email communications
- B2B purchase request forms for Tes Institute, allowing schools to purchase online course placements for staff members, with accompanying fulfilment processes
- Implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Journey Builder module, allowing the newly formed CRM team to build automated customer communications journeys
